What content will be in the game? Other than cards Can you make a digital scanner to scan the previously used cards?

Card game!!! I'll do a proper announcement when the Kickstarter launches (later this month). For now you can learn more on the teaser website here: http://www.playspaceteam.com/

The game is still being designed (by another team, I'm just consulting) but it will come with a deck of cards and maybe a sand timer. Some of this is still being planned.

I'm not sure what you mean about a digital scanner for "previously used cards"... can you explain?
