Spaceteam ESL is now available!
For those who don't know, I've been working with Concordia University here in Montreal to develop a version of the game for teaching English-as-a-Second-Language. The gameplay is the same, but the words are chosen from the first few thousand most used English words, you can choose the difficulty and game speed, and there's a Pronunciation Practice mode where you can listen to the words and record yourself saying them.
It's out now on the App Stores (iOS and Android) and is completely free!
The website has more information about how to use it, and we'll be posting more educational resources soon (eg. detailed instructions for classroom use, lesson plans, etc.).
