It specifies everything is restricted except this... How do free members get it, if they do?

    Hi @CaptainZeldafan, if you're asking about the "Members Area" then yes only paying members get access to the Digital Membership Package. Later this year I'm going to officially re-open the Admiral's Club at various membership levels with different rewards but for now the best way to support me is to join from that page as an Ensigneer.
