iPhone 11 stuck on "Made possible by..." screen

Please help! Me and my dad are trying to play Spaceteam, and when he starts the game, it gets stuck on that screen. It works fine for my phone, but I have an Android. He did recently transfer all of his data from his old phone onto this one, but I don't know if that's the problem.

    Sorry to hear it! I'm not sure what the problem could be but I'll try to find an iPhone 11 to test on. Please make sure you both have the latest version of the game from the App Store. I think it's currently version 2.9.1
